"I am very disappointed with this purchase. The watch arrived with a serious defect: it was gaining approximately 5 minutes per hour, making it completely unusable. I did not use the watch even for a single day. I immediately opened a support ticket with Orient to resolve the issue, but unfortunately I did not receive any response or assistance. Due to the lack of support, I had no choice but to return the product. What makes the experience worse is that I had to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the problem was clearly a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse. This was my first experience with the brand, and it was extremely frustrating. I expected better quality control and customer service from a company with Orient’s reputation."

"I absolutely love this watch. The Bambino is one of the most satisfying watches I own, at any price point. I ordered the limited-edition baby blue dial (which appears to be out of stock and possibly discontinued), and I couldn’t be happier with it. The dial is beautiful, balanced, and timeless. The quality is outstanding, and the watch wears far beyond its price. I enjoyed it so much that I bought multiple bands just to experience it in different expressions — a cream strap, a blue alligator strap, along with the original chocolate brown leather and the original beige suede. Every combination works. The watch has real versatility and character. From the finishing to the movement to the overall feel on the wrist, this watch is incredible. It’s genuinely one of the best watches I have, and it has become a favorite in my collection. Thank you for making such a high-quality mechanical watch that collectors can truly enjoy. — Gino"

My 3rd Orient and it's as expected.

"This is my 3rd Orient. I have an 4 year old Open Heart, a 2 year old 36mm Bambino, and now this. Quality is solid for all three. The winding is a little strange with the sound but no concerns about it. Would like to see a Sapphire Crystal and maybe more detail on the movement through the glass on the back, but the watch is really as expected. The only thing I don't like is the colour of the strap which is like an ugly chocolate brown. I bought a nice black leather strap to replace it with instead."
